MYOB was started in Australia in 1991 and was one of the first businesses to recognise the unique needs of small-tomedium- sized enterprises and equip them with powerful, accessible and affordable business management systems. MYOB solutions were aimed at alleviating an increasing administrative burden and giving business owners the necessary insights to run their businesses more successfully. From day one, MYOB has maintained a constant focus on providing quality client support to ensure businesses gain maximum return from their investment.

In 1993 MYOB began supporting businesses in Asia, and has grown a large base of loyal and successful customers across Asia. The MYOB business in Asia has adapted over this time to continually provide the best products and support for Asian businesses locally.

Today, MYOB products and services are exclusively delivered to businesses throughout Asia by the Asian Business Software Solutions [ABSS] group, trading as MYOB South Asia. ABSS was formed in 2009 by the former local managers of MYOB Limited, and is the exclusive republisher of MYOB business management software in Asia.

ABSS has offices in Singapore and Malaysia, and has a team of over forty people employed in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, and product development. The extended ABSS team includes hundreds of Professional Partners, distributors, and resellers in more than a dozen countries throughout Asia to provide superior local support for Asian businesses.

The goal of ABSS is to help Asian businesses become more efficient and profitable by using smart technology solutions such as MYOB brand software products. Company Overview

How we started
MYOB was started in Australia in 1991 and was one of the first businesses to recognise the unique needs of small-to-medium-sized enterprises and equip them with powerful, accessible and affordable business management systems. From the outset, MYOB solutions were aimed at alleviating an increasing administrative burden and giving business owners the necessary insights to run their businesses more successfully. From day one, MYOB has maintained a constant focus on providing quality client support to ensure businesses gain maximum return from their investment.

Gaining scale
MYOB began as both a software developer and re-publisher in the Asia-Pacific region. Success in helping empower business owners was recognised through rapid growth in clients and revenue. This growth was fuelled by recommendations from existing clients and this remains an important source of business today - testament to the quality of MYOB products and client service. In 1996 MYOB received the prestigious Telstra and Australian Governments' Small Business of the Year Award, an awards program that MYOB now sponsors to support and encourage today's business owners.

Working with accountants
In 1997 MYOB extended its strategic vision to include specific solutions for accounting practices. This strategy was pursued to assist accounting practices with both their internal operations and their interface with their own clients, many of whom use MYOB software. The successful merger with accountants' system provider Solution 6 in 2004 solidified MYOB's position as a leading international source of the very best in solutions for owner-operated businesses and accounting practices.

Today
MYOB is now the leading provider of business systems to small and medium sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand, delivering business solutions to more than 700,000 businesses and accounting firms in the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibilities:
To handle inbound calls from all customers with high level quality and efficiency.

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in:

• Timely and accurate information given related to sales enquiries, registrations ,activations and others
• Accurately capture interactions, registrations and leads received in CRM,webmail & portal
• Upsell and cross sell MYOB products and services
• Handle emails and faxes during peak within CS team
Key attributes required:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to multi task
• Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages.
